Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When any officers, boards, or commissions have consented to any exchange or plan of exchange as provided in section 133.49 of the Revised Code, any officer having possession of any notes or bonds to be exchanged for refunding bonds shall deliver them pursuant to such exchange or plan and he shall receive the bonds to be issued in exchange therefor, together with any cash to be paid pursuant to such plan.
