Effective: December 1, 2006 Latest Legislation: House Bill 530 - 126th General Assembly The chief justice of the supreme court shall receive the actual and necessary expenses incurred while performing official duties under the law and the constitution in determining the disqualification or disability of any judge of the court of common pleas or of the court of appeals, to be paid from the state treasury upon the warrant of the director of budget and management.
