Effective: September 15, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 133 - 125th General Assembly If a person elected to serve on the public employees retirement board is unable to assume office at the January meeting of the board following the person's election, a special election shall be held in accordance with the provisions of section 145.05 of the Revised Code within three months of the January meeting.
