Effective: June 30, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 382 - 119th General Assembly Each public employee shall file a detailed statement of all his previous service as a public employee and shall furnish such other information as the public employees retirement board requires for the proper operation of the system.The employee shall file the statement within thirty days of commencing employment. If he fails to do so within that time, the board shall notify his employer's fiscal officer. On receipt of the notice, the fiscal officer shall withhold all salary payments to the employee until the statement is filed with the board.
