Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 147.10 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.(B) Whoever violates section 147.14 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
