Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly Messages of the governor, and the inaugural address of the governor-elect, shall be produced and distributed in electronic form to the governor, to each member of the general assembly, and to the state library. A physical copy of the message or address shall be provided, upon request, to any recipient named in this section.
