Effective: September 26, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 95 - 125th General Assembly Upon request the director of administrative services and the state archivist shall assist and advise in the establishment of records management programs in the legislative and judicial branches of state government and shall, as required by them, provide program services similar to those available to the executive branch under section 149.33 of the Revised Code. Prior to the disposal of any records, the state archivist shall be allowed sixty days to select for preservation in the state archives those records the state archivist determines to have continuing historical value.
