Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 238 - 116th General Assembly Upon request of the department of administrative services, the attorney general may replevin any public records which have been unlawfully transferred or removed in violation of sections 149.31 to 149.44 of the Revised Code or otherwise transferred or removed unlawfully. Such records shall be returned to the office of origin and safeguards shall be established to prevent further recurrence of unlawful transfer or removal.
