Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The notice provided for in section 153.06 of the Revised Code shall be published once each week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation, or as provided in section 7.16 of the Revised Code, in the county where the activity for which bids are submitted is to occur and in such other newspapers as ordered by the Ohio facilities construction commission, the last publication to be at least eight days preceding the day for opening the bids, and in such form and with such phraseology as the commission orders. Copies of the plans, details, estimates of cost, and specifications shall be open to public inspection at all business hours between the day of the first publication and the day for opening the bids, at the office of the commission where the bids are received, and such other place as may be designated in such notice.
