Effective: September 13, 1973 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 443 - 109th General Assembly Nothing contained in Chapter 153. of the Revised Code shall prevent a board of county commissioners from constructing a public building in stages and letting contracts from time to time for various portions of the work, so long as the total cost of construction of a project, which may include more than one building, is reasonably estimated by the board to exceed fifteen million dollars.
