Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the plans, drawings, representations, bills of material, and specifications of work and estimates of the cost thereof relate to the building, addition to, or alteration of a county home, they shall be submitted to the board of county commissioners. If approved by a majority of the board, a copy thereof shall be deposited in the office of the county auditor and kept for the inspection and use of parties interested.
