Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the plans, drawings, representations, bills of material, specifications of work, and estimates relate to the building of a bridge, they shall be submitted to the board of county commissioners, county auditor, and the county engineer. If approved by a majority of them, a copy thereof shall be deposited with the auditor and kept for the inspection of parties interested.
