Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If a contractor fails or refuses to proceed with the work specified in his contract in accordance with the plans, descriptions, and specifications attached to and made part thereof, the board of county commissioners may annul such contract, and shall proceed to make another contract for the completion thereof, in accordance with sections 153.01 to 153.60, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
