Effective: August 27, 1976 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 330 - 111th General Assembly The county treasurer shall pay the warrants drawn for materials and labor furnished on county contracts pursuant to estimates prepared under section 153.14 of the Revised Code, place them on file, and keep a register of the names of the persons to whom they are paid.
