Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly A design-build firm contracted for design-build services by a public authority may do either of the following: (A) Perform design, construction, demolition, alteration, repair, or reconstruction work pursuant to such contract;(B) Perform professional design services when contracted by a public authority for design-build services even if the design-build firm is not a professional design firm.
