Effective: October 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 134 - 116th General Assembly Distances, bearings, and areas computed indirectly from co-ordinates shall be considered acceptable measurement evidence for land and other surveys if such co-ordinates have been determined in accordance with sections 157.04, 157.07, and 157.08 of the Revised Code.
