Effective: October 9, 1981 Latest Legislation: House Bill 146 - 114th General Assembly (A) Before any advertising device is removed by a public agency pursuant to any law or ordinance, or to the exercise of any power or authority possessed by the public agency, the owner of the advertising device and the owner of the real property upon which the advertising device is located shall be paid just compensation.
