Effective: October 10, 2007 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 7 - 127th General Assembly Any reference in the Revised Code to any authority to acquire real property by 'condemnation' or to take real property pursuant to a power of eminent domain is deemed to be an appropriation of real property pursuant to this chapter and any such taking or acquisition shall be made pursuant to this chapter.
