Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the economic development support fund. The fund shall consist of excess money received by the state representing gross profit on the sale of spirituous liquor that is credited or transferred to it. Money in the fund shall be used to carry out economic development activities.
