Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly Except for sections 9.98 to 9.983 and 167.10 to 167.105 of the Revised Code, the securities issued under section 167.101 of the Revised Code shall not be subject to any other provision of the Revised Code governing the issuance of securities by the state, its agencies, or any political subdivision of the state.
