Effective: September 29, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 283 - 123rd General Assembly The director of commerce shall make, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, necessary rules that prescribe uniform methods for conducting unclaimed funds audits under section 169.03 of the Revised Code and for determining when such an audit is appropriate, and may make necessary rules to carry out any other duty imposed upon the director by this chapter.
