Effective: October 16, 1972 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 215 - 109th General Assembly Any holder who has possession, custody, or control of moneys, rights to moneys, or other intangible property which he has reason to believe will be reportable in the future as unclaimed funds may report such items as unclaimed funds prior to the date required for such reporting, in accordance with section 169.03 of the Revised Code, and then is relieved of responsibility as provided in section 169.07 of the Revised Code.
