Effective: May 22, 2007 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 223 - 126th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 169.10 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars. Each day of continuance of such violation is a separate offense.(B) Whoever violates division (C) of section 169.13 or division (A) of section 169.16 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for a first offense and of a felony of the fifth degree for any subsequent offense.
