Effective: June 11, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 359 - 118th General Assembly Each regional long-term care ombudsman program designated under section 173.16 of the Revised Code shall do all of the following:(A) Provide ombudsman services for the region in which it is located;(B) Employ representatives of the office of the state long-term care ombudsman program or receive services from volunteers certified under section 173.21 of the Revised Code as representatives of the office, or both;(C) Submit reports to the state long-term care ombudsman as he may require;(D) Register as a residents' rights advocate with the department of health under division (B) of section 3701.07 of the Revised Code.
