Effective: July 1, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly (A) For purposes of publishing the Ohio long-term care consumer guide, the department of aging shall conduct or provide for the conduct of an annual customer satisfaction survey of each long-term care facility. The results of the surveys may include information obtained from long-term care facility residents, their families, or both.(B) Each long-term care facility shall cooperate in the conduct of its annual customer satisfaction survey.
