Effective: September 29, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly The department of aging shall adopt rules as the department considers necessary to implement and administer sections 173.45 to 173.48 of the Revised Code. The rules shall be adopted under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
