Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly The department of aging shall create and administer the state-funded component of the assisted living program. The state-funded component shall not be administered as part of the medicaid program.An individual who is eligible for the state-funded component may participate in the component for a period of time specified in rules adopted under this section.The director of aging shall adopt rules in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code to implement the state-funded component. The rules shall specify the period that an individual eligible for the state-funded component may participate in the component.
