Effective: October 10, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 339 - 119th General Assembly Membership on any housing advisory board under section 176.01 or 176.02 of the Revised Code does not constitute the holding of a public office or employment by a political subdivision. The legislative authority of the political subdivision that appoints members of a housing advisory board shall determine what, if any, compensation the members of the board shall receive.
