Effective: October 10, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 339 - 119th General Assembly Each municipal corporation, county, and township shall monitor its exercise of housing authority under Section 16 of Article VIII, Ohio Constitution, to ensure that it does not encourage, contribute to, or participate in an unlawful discriminatory practice under division (H) of section 4112.02 of the Revised Code or discriminate against families with children.
