Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The biomedical research and technology transfer trust fund is hereby created in the state treasury. Money credited to the fund shall be used as provided in sections 184.01 and 184.02 of the Revised Code. The third frontier commission shall administer the fund in accordance with those sections.
