Effective: January 4, 2006 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly The third frontier commission shall establish a competitive process for making awards of the support described in section 184.11 of the Revised Code that is designed to fund the research and development projects that have the most merit. The commission, on completion of that process, shall make a recommendation to the controlling board asking for approval to award support for the research and development projects selected by the commission.
