Effective: January 4, 2006 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly The third frontier commission shall conduct outreach activities described in section 184.172 of the Revised Code that seek to include minorities in the various projects and initiatives sponsored, funded, encouraged, or otherwise promoted by the commission. The commission shall direct the activities at faculty and students involved in science and engineering disciplines, professional scientists and engineers, technical assistance providers, the investment community, minority-owned businesses, and minority entrepreneurs.
