Effective: June 12, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 554 - 127th General Assembly The third frontier commission shall publish an annual report that includes all of the following: (A) Details of grants, loans, and loan guarantees awarded or provided under the bioproduct development program established in section 184.25 of the Revised Code and the biomedical development program established in section 184.26 of the Revised Code.(B) The status of the recipients' projects funded in previous years.(C) The amount of grants or loans awarded and loan guarantees provided for projects in economically distressed areas, and if possible to ascertain, the impact of the grants, loans, and loan guarantees to those areas.
