Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly If there is an outstanding balance in the broadband pole replacement fund after the Ohio broadband pole replacement program reimbursements are paid pursuant to section 191.44 of the Revised Code, the remaining balance shall be returned to the original funding sources as determined by the department of development.
