Effective: January 1, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 538 - 121st General Assembly All persons shall have the opportunity of acquiring knowledge of the contents of the articles of incorporation and other records filed and recorded in the office of the secretary of state as required by Chapters 1101. to 1127. of the Revised Code. No person dealing with the bank shall be charged with constructive notice of the contents of any of those articles or records by reason of the filing or recording.
