Effective: January 1, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly A mutual holding company organized under this chapter may, with the approval of the superintendent of financial institutions, convert to a stock holding company by submitting an application in accordance with rules adopted by the superintendent under section 1121.03 of the Revised Code.
