Effective: January 1, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 538 - 121st General Assembly No person shall knowingly do any of the following:(A) Conceal or attempt to conceal an asset or property from a conservator, receiver, or liquidating agent appointed by the superintendent of financial institutions with respect to any asset acquired or liability assumed by the conservator, receiver, or liquidating agent;(B) Impede or attempt to impede the functions of the conservator, receiver, or liquidating agent;(C) Place or attempt to place any asset or property beyond the reach of the conservator, receiver, or liquidating agent.
