Effective: January 1, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 538 - 121st General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 1127.06, 1127.08, or 1127.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the third degree.(B) Whoever violates section 1127.02 or 1127.03 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree.(C) Whoever violates section 1127.09 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
