Effective: January 1, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The superintendent of financial institutions may appoint and employ such assistants, clerks, examiners, and other employees, and such professionals and agents, as the prompt execution of the duties of the superintendent's office requires, and may employ attorney examiners if the superintendent considers such assistants necessary.
