Effective: January 1, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Neither the superintendent of financial institutions nor any employee, agent, or contractor of the division of financial institutions shall be liable in any civil, criminal, or administrative proceeding for any mistake of judgment or discretion in any action taken, or any omission made by the superintendent, employee, agent, or contractor if done in good faith within the scope of the person's official capacity as assigned by the superintendent.
