Effective: September 26, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 293 - 121st General Assembly At the conclusion of each fiscal year, the superintendent of financial institutions shall prepare a report on the operation of the division of financial institutions for that year. In conjunction with that report the superintendent shall also prepare a summary of the general condition of each bank, savings and loan association, and savings bank doing business in this state, which summary shall be based on each institution's report of its condition as of the thirtieth day of June of that year.
