Effective: January 1, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Copies of all certificates, records, and papers in the office of the superintendent of financial institutions, including the records of the banking commission, the former savings and loan associations and savings banks board, and the credit union council, duly certified by the superintendent or, in the absence of the superintendent, a deputy superintendent having jurisdiction over the records, and authenticated by the superintendent's seal of office, shall be evidence, in all courts of this state, of every matter which could be proved by the production of the original.
