Effective: June 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 9 - 129th General Assembly Presumptions [UCC 1-206] Whenever Chapter 1301., 1302., 1303., 1304., 1305., 1307., 1308., 1309., or 1310. of the Revised Code creates a 'presumption' with respect to a fact, or provides that a fact is 'presumed,' the trier of fact must find the existence of the fact unless and until evidence is introduced that supports a finding of its nonexistence.
