Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly All fees collected by the secretary of state for filings under Title XIII or XVII of the Revised Code shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the corporate and uniform commercial code filing fund, which is hereby created. The fund shall also receive revenue from fees charged to customers for special database requests. All moneys credited to the fund shall be used for the purpose of paying for the operations of the office of the secretary of state and for the purpose of paying for expenses relating to the processing of filings under Title XIII or XVII of the Revised Code.
