Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any person, association of persons, or corporation contracting for the construction of a railroad, depot buildings, water tanks, or any part thereof, shall pay to each person performing labor or furnishing materials stipulated for in the contract with the owner of the railroad, under a contract express or implied with the original contractor, or with any subcontractor, for the whole or any part of the work stipulated in the original contract with the owner of the railroad.
