Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Notice of the time and place of the sale of real property assigned for the benefit of creditors, shall be given by advertisement in some newspaper of general circulation in the county where such property is situated, for four consecutive weeks. The real property shall not be sold for less than two thirds of the appraised value thereof, but shall be subject to reappraisement as upon execution at law.
