Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Notice of the time and place of the sale of personal property assigned for the benefit of creditors, shall be given for at least ten days prior to the day of sale, by advertisement in some newspaper of general circulation in the county, or by posting written or printed notices thereof in at least fifteen public places in the county, not less than five of which must be posted in the township in which the sale is to be held.
