Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any property, ordered to be sold by the probate court at private sale under section 1313.24 of the Revised Code, not sold within the time prescribed, shall be ordered to be sold at public auction, as though a private sale had not been ordered.
