Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly With the approval of the probate court an assignee or trustee for the benefit of creditors may compromise or sell any claim or demand, due or owing to the assignor, which is desperate or difficult of collection, and also, with like approval, complete and enforce all sales of the real property made by the assignor.
