Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 1313.21 to 1313.31, inclusive, of the Revised Code relating to the wife of the assignor as a party to the proceedings thereunder and her rights by virtue thereof, and also relating to ordering property sold at private sale, and upon terms of credit, apply to proceedings under sections 1313.33 and 1313.34 of the Revised Code.
